Fox Hunt Digital operates SMS messaging on behalf of small businesses. If a business you've previously worked with uses our platform, you may receive text messages about your service history, upcoming needs, or a request for a review.

Express Written Consent
End users provide express written consent to receive SMS messages through a consent form at the time of service intake, online booking, or through this page. The form clearly identifies:

Consent is never required as a condition of purchase. You can receive service without agreeing to receive text messages.

What to Expect
Who sends the messages: The local business you've previously worked with (e.g., your auto shop, HVAC company, or service provider), operating through Fox Hunt Digital's platform. The business name is always identified in each message.
Message types: Service follow-ups, declined repair reminders, maintenance recommendations, lapsed customer check-ins, and review requests.
Message frequency: Varies based on your service history. Typically 1–4 messages per month.
Message & data rates: Standard carrier rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
How to Opt Out or Get Help

| STOP | You will be immediately unsubscribed and will receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent. |
| STOPALL / CANCEL / QUIT / UNSUBSCRIBE | Same as STOP — all keywords are honored. |
| HELP / INFO | You'll receive a message with support contact information and a link to this page. |
| START | Resubscribes you if you previously opted out and wish to receive messages again. |

Opt-Out Confirmation Message
When you reply STOP, you will receive the following message:
"You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe."
Help Message
When you reply HELP, you will receive the following message:
"Fox Hunt Digital — For support, email support@foxhuntdigital.com or visit foxhuntdigital.com/sms-consent. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."
