FOX HUNT DIGITAL — PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: May 2026Who we are
Fox Hunt Digital is a done-for-you AI automation service for independent service businesses, based in Orange County, California. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit foxhuntdigital.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect and why
Information you give us directly
When you fill out our contact form or book a call through our scheduling page, you provide your name, business name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to share about your business. If you opt in on the form, you may also receive text messages as described in that consent notice. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and determine whether there's a fit for our service. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Analytics data
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and does not track you across other websites. The data collected is aggregated — we can see that someone visited a page, but not who that person is. No consent is required for Plausible's operation because no personal data is processed.
Scheduling data
When you book a call through our site, you use Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide when booking. Calendly's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data. You can review it at calendly.com/privacy.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or retargeting tools. We do not collect data from minors.
How we store your information
Information submitted through our contact form is received by Fox Hunt Digital directly. We retain inquiry information for as long as it's relevant to a potential or active business relationship, and delete it when it's no longer needed. We use reasonable security practices to protect the information you share with us.
Your rights under California law (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Know what personal information we have collected about you
Request deletion of your personal information
Correct inaccurate personal information we hold
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — though we do not sell or share personal information, so this right is already effectively exercised
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond within 45 days.
Third-party services
Our site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Plausible Analytics — privacy-first analytics, no cookies, no personal data. plausible.io/privacy
Calendly — scheduling and calendar management. calendly.com/privacy
SMS Messaging — Twilio
Fox Hunt Digital uses Twilio to send and receive SMS messages as part of our service operations. Message types include service notifications, scheduling confirmations, and operational communications.*
Recipients of SMS messages from Fox Hunt Digital or from operators built and managed by Fox Hunt Digital on behalf of our clients have provided prior express consent to receive such messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. To request help, reply HELP. For questions about SMS communications, contact us at [email].
Twilio's privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
